Our Occupational Health and Safety Policy

At Fer Döküm, we consider people our most valuable asset in our operations. Protecting the health and safety of our employees is one of the fundamental priorities of our sustainability policy. In this context, our occupational health and safety policy is implemented based on the OHS management system in accordance with TS 18001 standards.

Within the framework of our OHS policy:

• We provide regular training to our employees to increase their competence and awareness in occupational health and safety.

• We offer a safe, healthy, and ergonomic working environment by conducting comprehensive risk assessments to minimize the risks of work accidents and occupational diseases.

Return and Exchange Policy

1. General Terms

Customer satisfaction is our priority. Return and exchange procedures for products you have purchased are carried out within the framework of the conditions stated below.

2. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers, the consumer has the right to return the product received within 14 days from the date of delivery without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.

However, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the following products:

Products manufactured with changes in size, color, or design according to the customer's special requests,
Custom-made furniture,
Products that have been assembled and are not suitable for resale.

3. Return Conditions

Products to be returned must:

Be unused, undamaged, and in a condition suitable for resale,
Be sent with all accessories and original packaging, if any,
The return request must be notified in writing within 14 days of the delivery date.

The return request may not be accepted if damage, scratches, breakage, or deformation resulting from the use of the product is detected.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

If your product is damaged or has a manufacturing defect upon delivery, you must contact us within 3 business days of receiving the product.

After the necessary inspection:

The product may be replaced free of charge,
Free repair may be provided,
A refund may be issued.

5. Exchange Policy

Exchange requests for flawless products are considered only if the product is unused and in a resalable condition.

For custom-made products, requests for changes to color, size, and model cannot be accepted after production has begun.
